Privacy Policy

Ad Run ("we", "us") provides monitoring for Meta advertising accounts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored hashed).
• Meta data you authorize: your Facebook user ID and name, and read-only ad account data (spend, status, campaign performance) accessed with the ads_read and business_management permissions.
• Access tokens issued by Meta, stored encrypted on our servers and never exposed to your browser.

How we use it

Solely to analyze your ad accounts and alert you to issues. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except infrastructure providers needed to run the service.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Facebook at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the stored token. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@adrun.app and we will complete the request within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to tokens is restricted to server-side processes.
